Dinner was incredible. I cooked carnitas, and chopped up lettuce, tomato, onion, red and yellow pepper, and cilantro. Also whipped up a simple vinaigrette of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, S&P, and hot sauce and a few splashes of Tobasco. Threw it all together - heaven in a bowl.
One thing I'm realizing is that there are low-calorie options that taste just as good as my old-style diet. After I'm in Ideal Protein phase 4 I might throw in a few black beans, though!
